The kitchen is conceived as a laboratory and as a metaphor for group work. In fact, the group develops its own efficiency and creativity through dishes and menus. The participants, led by professional chefs and specialist trainers, are led to experiment with the creation of multiple recipes and work in synergy towards a common result, to then taste the results of their work together.
During the debriefing the behaviors acted by the participants are contextualized, with the support of the trainers, and reported in their own professional sphere. Participants will thus be able to identify their own potential and possibly their own managerial skills gap.
Team cooking is perfect for a company celebration, as a team building moment that precedes the common dinner.

With the “making of photography” the strategic capacity, the ability to select the choices to be made and the ability to solve problems are developed through a strong and original modus.
Photography is a set of complex choices and only through continuous processing can we reach the final product. Photographic composition, as a metaphor for the product / service, is the result of choices. Choices that follow other choices, according to the founding concepts of the perceptive and intuitive vision of reality.
The training will be carried out by an internationally renowned photographer / trainer for the specialist part and by trainers for the analysis and development of managerial behavior.
Cultural and artistic team building
Through the art observed and experienced directly in the cities of art such as Siena or Florence or in workshops and laboratories, visions, strategies and actions are defined and shared that have a great impact on the group and on individuals.
Training through art introduces an element that is often new and foreign to the dynamics already existing in a company. Moving from the corporate world to the artistic world makes it easier to change paradigms and one’s way of thinking and acting.
The visit inside the Civic Museum of Siena is useful and suggestive, for example in artistic team buildings, with the analysis of the triptych by Ambrogio Lorenzetti “Il Buon Governo”: this painting is a synthesis of Culture, Vision and Values of who has governed the city of Siena during its peak with capacity and foresight. Used during training for its strong visual impact to highlight what happens when personal ambition guides collective choices (Bad Government): it creates division, conflict and poverty. On the contrary, it shows us what happens when everyone decides to work for the common good (Il Buon Governo): prosperity and harmony are realized. By combining energy and personal ambition you can work for larger and more impactful projects that transcend individual interests and create well-being for all.
